Where are you located? We are located at 5965 Cumming Highway in Canton. All of our design and printing is done on-site at our location. You are welcome to make an appointment to discuss your ideas and orders in person.
What do you offer? We offer a wide range of options for design and printing. We can design pretty much anything you want from logos to fun designs for families and everything in between. We offer sublimation, direct-to-garment, heat press, embroidery, screen printing on the print side. In addition to that, we also offer large format printing including stickers, posters, banners, business cards, postcards, pictures, canvases and flyers.
How do I pay? We accept multiple forms of payment and can take payment online through our website, over the phone, or in person. A 50% deposit is due at the time of order with the remaining due before delivery.
What is your turnaround and shipping time? Our Standard Turnaround time is 14 business days for standard orders and 21 business days for large orders. This gives us enough time to order the supplies needed for your order, receive them, and create your order. In addition to that, if you would like your order shipped, that will be an additional 3-7 business days.
Is there a minimum order? The minimum order for screen printing is 12 items. For embroidery is 1 item and sublimation and direct to garment is a min of 5 items. Specialty printing like flyers, business cards, and postcards may vary but the more you order the less it will cost per item. (EX: Order of 10 postcards 1.57 per card vs 30 postcards .89 per card)
What if I have my own design? If you have your own design, we will need to convert it to the desired format for your desired product. This will be a one-time cost of $35 dollars per design.
What if I don’t have my own design? Our goal is to Unleash the power of your ideas. If you don’t have a design but have some ideas of what you want, our design specialists can put together some ideas for you to choose from. This is under our $70/hr design and setup fee.
Do you print on demand, or do I have to pay upfront? A minimum of $70 will be charged upfront before designing begins to cover the first hour. The remaining time will be billed on the invoice upon approval of the design and will be worked into the 50% deposit with the remainder due at the time of pickup.
Do you offer Rush orders? We offer Rush orders on a case-by-case basis for an additional cost.
Do you offer any discounts? We offer discounts to pre-verified Military and first responders.
